RESOLUTION NO. 5752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED IN FAVOR OF
MAYER GROUP INC. AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
• THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that the public conven-
ience and necessity require that a Corporation Quitclaim Deed
be executed in favor of Mayer Group, Inc., -for certain City -
owned property as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and
by reference hereto made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name of the City
of West Covina a Corporation Quitclaim Deed, substantially in
the form attached, in favor of Mayer Group Inc.,.and cause said
Corporation Quitclaim Deed and a certified copy of this resolu-
tion to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

of Tract No. 2371, per map recorded in Book 23 pages 98 and 99
of official records; thence North 330 44' 52" east, 283.74 feet
to the southerly line of Los Angeles County Flood Control District
property per O.R. 56105-214.
