A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM
DEED EXECUTED BY MAYER GROUP INC., AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
0 The City Council of the City of West Covina does re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Mayer Group, Inc., under date of
August 11, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein, is hereby accepted.
Bounded westerly by the easterly line of Barranca Street
as shown on.said Tract No. 2371; bounded southerly by
the northerly line of Lot A of said Tract No. 2371;
bounded northerly by the southerly line of that certain
parcel described in the Grant Deed, grantrin.g to the City
of West Covina, recorded as Document No. 848 on January
20, 1965 in Book D 2770 Page 533 of official records;
bounded easterly by the following described line: Be-
ginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot A; thence
North 330 44' 52 East, 283.74 feet to the southerly line
of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District property.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code
and to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles.
• SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution..
