A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIF_ORNIA,- ACCEPTING A GRANT
OF EASEMENT EXECUTED BY W & A BUILDERS, INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
• The City Council of the City.of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION.1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by W & A Builders, Inc., under date of
June 26, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property
or interest therein as particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
A portion of Lot 41 of Tract No. 33327 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California as per map filed in Book
882, Pages 56 through 60 inclusive of maps on
five in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said instrument and said cer-
tificate to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
