A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve'as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the'City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 45 of Tract No. 33327 in the City
of West Covina, State of California, as per map filed
in Book 882, Pages 56 through 60 inclusive of maps,
records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 45;
thence North 160 26' 10" West along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 45 a distance of 122.00 feet; thence
South 750 06' 19" West 5.00 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and 5.00 feet Southwesterly, measured at
right angles from said Northeasterly line; thence South
160 26' 10" East along said parallel line 122.13 feet
to the Southeasterly line of said Lot 45; thence North
730 33' 50" East along said Southeasterly line 5.00
feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of Lot 46 of Tract No. 33327 in the City
• of West Covina, State of California, as per map filed
in Book 882, Pages 56 through 60 inclusive of maps,
records of said County,.described'.as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 46; thence
North 160 26' 10" West along the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 46 a distance of 122.00 feet; thence North 750
06' 19" East 5.00 feet to a point .on a line parallel with
5.00 feet North easterly measured at right angles from
said Southwesterly line; thence South 169 26' 10" East
along said parallel line 121.87 feet'to'the Southeasterly
line of said Lot 46; thence South 730 33' 50" West along
said Southeasterly line 5.00 feet'•to the point.of beginning.
= no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was
.,acquired or for any other public purpose; that the public con-
venience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed to
W & A Builders, Inc., a Corporation.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
:authorized and instructed to execute iri.the name of the City of
West Covina a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title and
interest of the City of West Covina in and to said real property
to W & A Builders, Inc., a Corporation, and cause the said Quit-
claim Deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed
for record in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adotpion of this resolution.
