A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A CORPORATION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY CENTURY
PROPERTIES, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
• THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest,/conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by Century Properties, under date of
June 23, 1978, kranted7t6-thd City of West Covina the pro-
perty or interest therein as particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is described as:
A protion of Lot 1 in Block 27 of the Phillips
Tract in the Rancho La Puente; in the -City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California as per map filed in Book 9, Pages
3 and 4, miscellaneous records on file in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
• of this resolution.
