RESOLUTION NO. 5730
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
CORPORATION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY JADAR INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by Jadar Inc., under date of June 28, 1978,
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said
property is described as:
The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 21 of Tract No.
10330 in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California as per map filed
in Boob 161, Pages 22 through 31 inclusive of
maps on file in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said instrument and said
certificate to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
