RESOLUTION NO. 5.729
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY HERRICK HANSON
AND JANICE W. HANSON, AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION:1. ::The interest: conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Herrick and Janice W. Hanson, under date
of June 29, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the pro-
perty or interest therein as particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is described as:
A portion of Lot 161 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California as per map filed in Book 8, Page.186 of
maps, on file in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3.. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of.this resolution.
