A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WE%T COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 33375
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER
AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE THE SAME.
• WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting
by the owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision
map of Tract No. 33375 which has been approved by the
Planning Commission and by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meet-
ing a proposed agreement by the subdivider for the con-
struction of certain improvements within or for said sub-
division; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied
by surety bonds for the faithful performance of the terms
and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of
Tract No. 33375 submitted to this meeting be and the
same.is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered
be and the same is hereby accepted for public use,
excepting the offer to grant Lot 2, subject to any re-
striction to be filed and recorded therewith; and that
the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and
• they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve
said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the
subdivider in the form submitted to this meeting be
accepted.
SECTION 4. That the Surety Bonds Nos. 400 DR
4400/215, 400 DR 4400 (dated November 10, 1977), 400 DR
4400/214 and 400 DR 4400/216 presented as security for
the faithful performance=`of theGerms_ an co_ri-d t ons _of_:, staid
agreement with UMARK INC., as principal and St. Paul
Fire and Marine Insurance Company as surety, in the total
sum of Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($530,800.00) be and the same hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
