RESOLUTION No.5706
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY _COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY
MERLE:D.`LIDDLE AND'LINDA L. LIDDLE, AND DIRECT-
ING THE,RECORDATION. THEREOF.
.The City Council of'tlie City of West Covina does resolve as
follows: '

SECTION;1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by Merle.D. Liddle and Linda L. Liddle under date of
JFune 7, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described is hereby accepted. Said
property is generally described.as_:
A portion of Lot 95 of Tract No. 18133 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 45, Pages
19 and 20 inclusive of Maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause
the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption.of
this resolution.
