A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY CLINTON JAMES MAIN AND
PATRICIA M. MAIN, AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
• The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows -
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by Clinton James Main and Patricia M. Main
under date of May 23, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina
the property or interest therein particularly described is
hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 93 of Tract No, 18133 in the
City of West Covina County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 45, Pages 19 and 20 inclusive of Maps on
fi-le` in the office of the County Recorder, of
said County.
SECTION'2. The.City'Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to'execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said instrument and said certifi-
cate to ,be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the. -County of Los Angeles.
SECTION.3. The -.City Clerk shall, certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
