RESOLUTION NO. 5704
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY ROBERT R. CRUZ AND AURORA
CRUZ, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
. The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Robert R. Cruz and.Aurora Cruz under
date of May 26, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina
the property or interest therein particularly described is
hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 92 of'Tract No. 18133 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 45, Pages 19 and 20 inclusive of Maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder,
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
.directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the -said instrument and said certificate
to be filed for 'record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County.of Los Angeles.
