RESOLUTION NO. 5703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A PARTNER-
SHIP GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY BROOK HOLLOW
INVESTORS, LTD., AND DIRECTING THE RE-
CORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Brook Hollow Investors, Ltd, under
date of granting-, to the City of West Covina
the property or interest therein particularly described for
waterline purposes, is hereby accepted. Said property is
generally described as:
A portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 7617
in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 82, Pages 44 and 45 in-
clusive of Parcel Maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the"Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said instrument and said certifi-
cate to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
