A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
EXECUTED BY W & A BUILDERS, INC. AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
• The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by W & A Builders, Inc., under date of April
14, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described for waterline purposes,
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 30 of Tract No. 33329 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 892, Page 14, 15 and 16 of maps, on file
in the office of the County Reocrder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the -County Reocrder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of May
