RESOLUTION NO. 5681
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING PALM
VIEW PARK SPECIFIC PLAN.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Specific Plan for the Palm View park is
a part of the implementation of the Environmental Quality Element
of the adopted General Plan of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The Recreation and Park Commission and the
Planning Commission have reviewed and approved said Specific Plan.
SECTION 3. It has been determined that the development of
the park in accordance with the Specific Plan will have no signifi-
cant impact on the environment.
SECTION 4. A public hearing has been provided and testimony
has been taken with reference to the Specific Plan.
SECTION 5. The City Council hereby finds that the Palm
View Park*Specific Plan is consistent with the goals and objectives
of the General Plan and adopts said Specific Plan, a copy of which
is on file in the City Clerk's office and by this reference incor-
porated herein.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
