A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
• resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by UMARK INC., under date of April 13,
1978, to the City of West Covina the property or interest there-
in as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property
is described as:
Those portions of Lots 82 and 83 of Tract 32983
and Lot 103 of Tract 32984 filed as maps in
Book 884, Pages 30, 31 and 32, and Book 884,
Pages 33, 34, 35, respect i:vely,of maps filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
