RESOLUTION NO. 5673
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by UMARK Inc., under date of April 13, 1978,
to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is
described as:
Those portions of Lots 82 and 83 of Tract
No.-32983 as per map -filed in Book 884,
Pages 30, 31 and 32 of maps, and Lot 103 of
Tract 32984 as per map filed in Book 884,
Pages 33.11- 34, and 35 of maps and a portion
of Parcel 4 as per map filed in Book 85,
Pages 10,.11 and 12 of .Records of Surveys,
all filed in -the Office of the County Re-
corder of said County.
SECTION 2..,The City -Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a,certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said.instrument and said certificate to be filed for
record in the office of'the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April , 1978.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of April
1978, by the following vote of Council:

NOES: Councilmen: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen: Browne.
