RESOLUTION NO. 5671
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ASSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF
SHADOW OAK PARK TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANI-
TATION DISTRICT NO. 21
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.. The City Council of the City of West Covina
does hereby agree and give assent to the annexation of Shadow Oak
Park, described as Parcel 1; that certain parcel of land granted to
the City of West Covina, per document recorded on November 16, 1972
as instrument No. 2074 recorded in Book D 5669 Page 470 of official
recorder of the County of Los Angeles and Parcel 2; that certain
parcel of land granted to the. City of West Covina, per document
recorded on July 26, 1977 as instrument No. 77-809042 of Official
:Records of the County of Los Angeles, into Los Angeles County Sani-
tation District No. 21.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
