DEED EXECUTED BY ALBERT LEE RIGGS AND
LUCILLE RIGGS, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina 'does
resolve as follows: I
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by -that certain
instrument executed by Albert Lee Riggs and 'Lucille Riggs
under date of March 16, 1978, to the City of West Covina,
the property or interest therein particularly described is
hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:

City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
