A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE
• OPENING OF A PAYROLL ACCOUNT FOR THE
EAST SAN GABRIEL VALLEY CONSORTIUM AND
DESIGNATING THE OFFICERS ENTITLED TO
SIGN WARRANTS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to open a payroll
account for the East San Gabriel Valley Consortium.
SECTION 2. The signators authorized to sign all warrants
for the payment of money shall be the Mayor, Controller and Treasurer
of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. All demands against the payroll account shall be
presented by the Director of the East San Gabriel Valley Consortium
or its other duly authorized officers and shall be paid in substan-
tially the same manner as other demands are paid by the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

West Covina held on the 13th day of March 1978, by the
