A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT DEED
• EXECUTED BY W & A BUILDERS, INC., AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION.l. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by W & A Builders, Inc., under date of February
17, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described for drainage purposes, is
hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
Those portions of Lots 45 and 46 of Tract 33327,
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book
882, Page 56 of Maps, on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and dir-
ected to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the
form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to
cause the said instrument and said certificate .to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the. City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 13th day of March 1978, by the
