A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
EXECUTED BY FRANK CECIL ABBOTT AND EVELYN
MAE ABBOTT, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
•
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Frank CecilAbbot,t and Evelyn Mae
Abbott under date of February 17, 1978, to the City of
West Covina the property or interest therein particularly
described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:
A portion of Lot 18 of Tract No. 29957.in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 728, Pages 35 through 40 inclusiveof
Maps on file in.c.the office of the County
Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
