A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
EXECUTED BY FRANK P. AND CLORA J. NESCI,
® AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Frank P. Nesci and Clora J. Nesci,
under date of January 30, 1978, granting to the City of West
Covina the property therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
That portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 18233, as shown on Map filed
in Book 487, Pages 27 and 28 of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, within the following
described boundaries:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said lot; thence
southerly along the westerly line of said lot a distance of
13.27 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the south-
east, having a radius of 25 feet, tangent to said westerly
line and tangent to a line parallel with and 52 feet southerly,
measured at right angles, from the centerline of Badillo Street,
as said centerline is shown on said map; thence northerly along
said curve 13.99 feet to the northerly line of said lot; thence
westerly along said northerly line 3.81 feet to the point of
. beginning.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substant-
ially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for -record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
