RESOLUTION NO. 5639
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
EXECUTED BY JOHN GEORGE AND CATHERINE
JOYCE KASNETSIS, AND DIRECTING THE RE-
CORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by John George Kasnetsis and Catherine
Joyce Kasnetsis, under date of January 27, 1978, granting to
the City of West Covina the property therein particularly
described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:
That portion of the westerly 9 feet of the easterly 17 feet
of Lot 22 as shown on Map of the 576.50 acre tract known as
W. R. Rowland Tract, recorded in Book 42, Page 45, of Miscel-
laneous Records, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles, which lies within that certain parcel of land
described in deed to John G. Kasnetsis et ux, recorded as
Document No. 68, on January 15, 1960, in Book D 720, Page 689,
of Official Records, in the office of said Recorder.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substant-
ially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of,the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
