A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT EXECUTED BY W & A BUILDERS, INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by W & A Builders, Inc., under date of
January 20, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described for
drainage purposes, is hereby accepted. Said property is
described as:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 47 of Tract No. 33327 in the City of
West Covina, State of California, as per map filed in Book 882,
Pages 56 through 60 inclusive of Maps, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 47; thence
North 160 26' 10" West along the northeasterly line of said
Lot 47 a distance of 119.00 feet; thence South 750 96' 19"
West 5.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 5.00
. feet southwesterly, measured at right angles from said north-
easterly line; thence South 160 26' 10" East along said paral-
lel line 119.14 feet to the southeasterly line of said lot;
thence North 730 33' 50" East along said southeasterly line
5.00 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of Lot 48 of Tract No. 33327 in the City of
West Covina, State of California, as per map filed in Book 882,
Pages 56 through 60 inclusive of Maps, records of said County,
described as follows:
.Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 48; thence
North 160 26' 10" West along the southwesterly line of said
Lot 48 a distance of 119.00 feet; thence North 350 34' 39"
East 6.34 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 5.00
feet northeasterly measured at right angles from said south-
westerly line; thence South 160 26' 10" East 122.91 feet to
the southeasterly line of said Lot 48; thence South 730 33' 50"
West along said southeasterly line 5.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
• the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
