A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMEND-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 4085 ADOPTED DECEMBER
22, 1969,,APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN OF
STREETS,OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA.
(Amendment No. 3)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find,
determine, and declare that the following amendment to the
Master Plan of Streets of the City of West Covina was duly
initiated by the Planning Commission and that the following
changes be made in the Master Plan of Streets of the City of
West Covina.
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 4085, adopted by the
City Council of the City of West Covina on December 22, 1969,
was amended by Resolution No. 4239 on September 28, 1970, and
Resolution No. 5578 on November 14, 1977.
SECTION 3. Resolution No. 4085 as amended is hereby
amended as follows:
MODIFICATIONS:
1. Donna Beth Avenue between Aroma
Drive and Fairgrove Avenue be re-
aligned to connect Aroma Drive
and Aroma Drive.
• 2. Garvey Avenue South between the West
City Limit and Orange Avenue, four -
lane, 68-feet of right-of-way.
3. Azusa Avenue between San Bernardino
Freeway and Rowland Avenue, six -lane,
110-feet of right-of-way.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
