A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN OPEN SPACE
AREA DISTRICT NO. 4.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tracts 24701,
31102, 31472, 31481, and 31633 offering to grant to the City of
West Covina the property or interests therein particularly described
for open space purposes, is hereby accepted. Said property is
described as:
Lots 43, 44, and 45 of Tract 24701, per map recorded
in Book 855, Pages 70 and 71; Lots 65, 66, 67 and
68 of Tract 31102, per map recorded on Book 862,
Pages 10 and 11; Lots 67, 68, 69, 70, 71 and 72 of
Tract 31481, per map recorded in Book 857, Pages 6,
7, and 8; Lots 49, 50, 51, 52, and 53 of Tract 31472,
per map recorded in Book 859, Pages 17 and 18;
Lots 48 and 49 of Tract 31633, per map recorded in
Book 858, Pages 85 and 86, all in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
on file in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed
• for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution
