A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY WILLIAM F.
AND MARGARET A. KIMBLE AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument, executed by William F. and Margaret A. Kimble,
under date of January 10, 1978, granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly des-
cribed for street and highway purposes, is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lots 16 and 17 of Eugene Riggins
Subdivision of the Hathaway Tract in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 53,
Page 37 of Miscellaneous Records on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substant-
ially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said Instrument and said Certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
