A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA REJECTING A
• PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN (Precise Plan
No. 562, Rev. 2 - Charles Cricks).
TheCity Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application
of Charles Cricks requesting the approval of Revision 2 to Precise
Plan of Design No. 562 on a .52-acre parcel. of property located on
the west side of Azusa Avenue approximately 300' south of Workman
Avenue in the Service -Commercial zone and as more particularly
described in Precise Plan of Design application No. 562, Rev. 2;
that the Planning Commission scheduled a hearing thereon and legal
and proper notice of the hearing was duly given and the Planning
Commission denied the application;. that the action of the Planning
Commission was appealed to the City Council for hearing in connection
with the hearing on Precise Plan of Design No. 684, Rev. 1; and
the City Council scheduled a hearing thereon and proper and legal
notice of the hearing was duly given.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that Revision 2 to Precise Plan of Design No. 562 is contingent
,upon and can only :be. effective if Precise Plan of Des:ign.No. 684,
Rev. 1 is approved. The City Council by its Resolution No. 5621
• rejected Precise Plan of Design No. 684, Rev. 1
SECTION 3. Precise Plan of Design No. 562, Rev. 2 as applied
for by Charles Cricks, is hereby rejected for the reasons set forth
in Section 2 hereof and in Resolution No. 5621.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution No. 5623 was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of January, 1978, by
the following vote of the Council, to wit:
