RESOLUTION NO. 5619
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CERTAIN
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CAMERON AVENUE STORM DRAIN PROJECT IN THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AND AUTHOR-
IZING USE OF PUBLIC STREETS FOR OPERATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF THESE FACILITIES
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That those certain specifications entitled
Cameron Drain, whose limits are from the 1964 Storm Drain Bond
Issue Project No. 8401 Line B at Valinda Avenue and extending
easterly to Fernwood Avenue in the City of West Covina, Calif-
ornia, hereto attached and by -this reference herein incorporated,
be and the same are hereby adopted and approved, and the Los
Angeles County Flood Control District be and it is hereby authorized
to proceed with the construction therein described, permission
being granted hereby to use and occupy the public .streets of the
City of West Covina to construct, operate and maintain the install-
ations as and to the extent set forth in said specifications. The
Engineering Department is hereby authorized and empowered to issue
to said District any necessary permits for construction of said
drains according to said specifications.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of West Covina
shall certify to the adoption"of this resolution.
