CITY. OF WEST COVINA DESIGNATING A'.SMALL
CLAIMS AGENT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Risk Management Coordinator -.or his_Deputy
is .hereby designated as. the Agent'41 the iCity of West Covina for
the purpose of all appearances required in..the Small Claims Court
of the Citrus Judicial,District.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and file a certified copy.thereof with the
Clerk of the•Citrus Judicial District.
