A RESOLUTION OF -THE CITY'COUNCIL OF
--THE CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING
THE DEL-NORTE'PARK SPECIFIC PLAN.
The'City Council of the City of West'Covna does resolve
as follows: a'
SECTION 1. The Specific Plan for Del Norte Park is a
part 'of the. implementation:of the Environmental Quality Element
of the adopted�General-Plan of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2- `Del ._Norte Park is a,fneighborhood park and the
proposed Specific Plan for its development meets.not only the
short range, but also the long range needs of -the -area it is
designed to'' serve.:
SECTION 3. The Recreation and'Park Commission has reviewed
and -,approved. said. Specific Plan. '•
.SECTION 4. The Planning Commission, after notice and
public.hearing,�has reviewed and approved the- Specific Plan.
SECTION -5. -The City Council after notice and public
hearing has -determined -that the development.of.Del Norte Park as.:
proposed in the -Specifi'.Plan=will`have.no.-significant impact on
the environment'.
SECTION 6. The -West Covina City Council after notice and
• Public..hearing her'eb fi4nds that _the ..S ecific Plan for the develop-
ment

of the General- Plan and adopts said $pecific Plan, a copy of which
is'on.fle.in the:C11
ty Clerk's -office and by, this reference incor-
porated.therein.
SECTION 7. The_ City -Clerk shall.certify to the adoption
of this `resolution.
