A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY BUTLER/UMARK AND DIR-
ECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION`l. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by Butler/Umark, under date of November 14, 1977,
to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is
generally described as:
A portion of Lot 47 of Tract 33324 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 875,
Pages 63, 64 and 65 of maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to
cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
