A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 32889
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER
• AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE THE SAME.

WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract No.
32889 which has been approved by the Planning Commission and by
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has-been submitted to this meeting a pro-
posed agreement by -the subdivider for the construction of certain
improvements within or for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said.proposed agreement is accompanied .by surety
bonds for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City -Council -of the City of West
Covina does -resolve as follows;
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No.
32889 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein.offered be and
the same -is hereby accepted for public use subject to any restri-
ction to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper
officers of the City of West Covina be and they are hereby author-
ized and instructed to approve said final map on behalf .of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the subdivider
in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the surety presented as security for the
faithful performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement
with H. A. Geib Jr., as principal and First City Bank as surety in
the form of.an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of the City of
West Covina in the total sum of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($13,650.00), be and the same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
