A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING A LOT LINE.
ADJUSTMENT'.
'WHEREAS, -Butler Housing Corporation., the owner of
two parcels per Map Book 87.5, Pages 63 through 65 inclusive of�__;
Official Records,, submitted to this meeting two legal des-
.criptions marked Exhibit "A,.', Exhibit "B.", and by reference
thereto iinade - a part hereof,. ,for a .lot ine adjustment between
the two parcels, and -a written recruest for the lot line adjust-
ment; and
WHEREAS, said submitted.lot line.adjustment has been
reviewed by*the City Engineer and the Planning Director; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Planning Director have.
determined that said lot -line adjustment is 'in conformance with
the Subdivision Map Act'and the general and specific plans of
the City of West -Covina;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City.of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION _-:1. That the lot.line adjustment submitted to.
this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers.of the City of
West Covina be and they are hereby -authorized and instructed to
approve said lot -,line adjustment, per Section 66412(d)-of the
Subdivision Map Act, on behalf of the City.
• SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify'to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this_12th day of December, 1977.
