RESOLUTION NO. 5583
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION;OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
IN FAVOR OF VINCENT SHOPMART AND DIRECT-
ING.THE-RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve -as' follows
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that the public con-
venience and nec'essity require that the City of West Covina
quitclaim all rights, title and interest in the form of a
,Corporation Quitclaim Deed to be.executed in favor of Vincent
Shopmart over property as described as Parcel 73 of ,Proposed
Relinquishment No. 910, filed in State Highway Map Book No. 14
Page 18.
SECTION 2. The Mayor.and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name of the City
of West Covina a Corporation Quitclaim Deed, substantially
in the form,attached, in'favor of•Vincent Shopmart, and -cause
a certified-copy.of this resolution to be filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
.adoption of this resolution.
