RESOLUTION NO. 5581
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY .AS SURPLUS
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The attached list of City -owned property
is hereby declared surplus and no longer required for City use:
SECTION 2. These items of surplus property shall be
disposed of in accordance with Section 2720 of the West Covina
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
