RESOLUTION NO. 5579
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
VII OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277 RELATING TO THE
COMPENSATION FOR THE CLASSES OF COMMUNICATIONS
OPERATOR AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR'.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Person-
nel Board, that,portion of Section VII of Resolution No. 1277 con-
taining the list:of authorized positions and salary ranges is
hereby amended by amending the paragraph establishing the authorized
positions and salary ranges in the Communications Department.as
follows:
(a) Reassignment of class of'Communications Operator
from Salary Range G-5a to G-6a.
(b) Reassignment of class.of Communications Supervisor
from Salary Range'G-9.to G-9a.
SECTION 2. The reassignment of salary ranges provided
for herein shall be effective as of the first.pay period in
November, 1977.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Approved and adopted this 14th day of November 1977.

adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof,held on the 14th day of November - , 1977,
