RESOLUTION NO 5576..
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE
CITY _,OF: WEST_ CO`VINA APPROVING. A LOT- LINE
ADJUSTMENT',
„y WHEAEAS, Butler/Umark, the owners of three parcels
of ;land being portions of Lots 16, 17 and 47 of Tract 33324
per"Map Book 8,75, Pages 63 through 65 inclusive -of Official
Records_, submitted to this meeting three legal descriptions
marked Exhibit;"A", Exhibit "B", Exhibit "C" and by reference
thereto made:a',part hereof, for a lot line adjustment between
the -three- parcels,-- and a ;written request for the lot line
adjustment;.and
WHEREAS, said submitted lot -line adjustment has
been.reviewed by the City -Engineer and the Planning Director;
and
WHEREAS, the -City Engineer and Planning Director have
determined that. said.lot line adjustment is in conformance with
the Subdivision'Map Act and the general and specific plans of
the City of West Covina;
NOW, THEREFORE, the'City Council of the City'of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the lot line adjustment submitted
to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of
West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to
approve said Tot line adjustment, per Section 66412(d) of the
Subdivision Map ;Act, on. behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this; resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTEDthis14th day of November, 1977.
