MAP OF ;PARCEL. MAP "NO. 7964:
WHEREAS,- there has been submitted to this.meeting by
.the owner and subdivider thereof, a,final map of Parcel -Map
No. 7964 which has been -:approved by. the-. Planning- Commission.. and `
by the .City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
- Covina does :.resdly}e as ; follows;c
SECTION 1. That the final map of. Parcel Map No., 7964
submitted to this meeting be and'the same is hereby.approved.
SECTIOlN-2. That the dedication therein offered be and
the same is -hereby -accepted for public use .subject to -any re-
striction to be-f led .and .recorded therewith;-and.that the -proper
officers of -the City of West Covina be - and they are :hereby .author-
ized and' -.instructed to approve said: final map. on the behalf of
the City.
SECTION 3. ..That Parcel Map ,No. 7964 is* consistent with
the General Plan'of.the.City of.West Covina:
SECTION.4. That Parcel Map.No. 7964 will not —
unreason -ably interfere with the free and complete exercise of.public
utility easements:
