RESOLUTION NO. 5574
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY -OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 8330.
-WHEREAS,, there has been .submitted . to=. this meeting by
the owner and -subdivider thereof, a_final.map of Parcel Map
c, No. 8330 which has been approved by the Planning Commission -and
by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City -Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows.:
SECTION 1. That the final map of Parcel Map No. 8330
submitted.to ths.meeting be and the same is hereby approved.

SECTION`2. That the dedication therein offered be and
the:same is hereby accepted for public use.subject to any're
-striction to be°filed and recorded therewith; and'that the proper
officers of:the:'City of West Covina be and they are hereby
authorized and instructed to approve.said final map.on the behalf
of the ,City.
SECTION 3. That Parcel Map No. 8330 is consistent with.
the General Plan.of the City of West .Covina.
SECTION 4. That Parcel Map No. 8330 will not unreason-
ably interfere with the free and complete exercise of public
utility easements.
SECTION 5. That -the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption�of this resolution..
