RESOLUTION NO. 5573
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF. WEST COVINA APPROVING THE -FINAL
MAP'OE PARCEL MAP NO.. 7430:
WHEREAS,, there has been submitted to this -meeting
by -the owner_=and subdivider thereof, a final map of Parcel
Map No. ..7430 which --has been approved. by the .Planning- Commission
and. by the, City,1 Engineer.
'NOW, THEREFORE, the City-.*
Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTLOON.T. That the final map of Parcel Map No -7430
submitted1to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City, of
West Covina be ;:and- they are hereby authorized,, and -instructed'
to approve said -final map on behalf. of the'City,.
SECTION 3. That .Parcel Map No. 7430 is consistent
with the�General Plan of the City.of,West Covina.

of public utility easements.
