RESOLUTION NO. 5567.
•:A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE•FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF -TRACT NO. 3.3663,
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE'SUBDIVIDER
ANDiiSURETY BONDS TO SECURE THE. -.SAME,
WHEREAS,: there has been submitted to.this`.meeting
by the owner.and subdivider thereof, a.final subdivision
map'of Tract No. 33663 which has been approved by.th.e
Planning Commission and -by the City Engineer -;,,and.
WHEREAS, -there has been submitted to .this meeting
a proposed agrtieement by the subdivider for the construction
of .certain.improvements within or for said subdivision and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompan'ied
by surety bonds for the faithful performance of the_terms.
and conditions'of said,agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
West Covina does resolve as follows:
.•SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of
Tract No. 33663 submitted to this.meeting.be.and.the same
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein. offered
be and the same.is hereby accepted for public use, excepting
the offer -to grant Lots 53,_ 54, 55 and 560 subject to any
restrict'ion..to. be. filed and _recorded therewith; and that the
proper officersjof-the City of West Covina.be'and they are
hereby authorized and -instructed to approve saidfinalmap .
on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed.agre.ement by the
-subdivider in the form submitted to this -meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4:< That the Surety Bonds Numbers 400 DR
4400/172 400 DR 4400/177, 400 DR 4400/178.and 400 DR 4400/179
presentedas security for the.faithful performance of the terms
and conditions of-said.agreement with Umark Inc., as principal,
and St. Paul Fire.and Marine Insurance:Company as surety in the
total sum of Four .Hundred Nine teen:•,Tho:usarid Thee;e-cHu_ndred ,T,en and
N0'/1.00 Dollars (i$419,310.00), be an(he same hereby are accepted,,/
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to --the
adoption of this!�resolution.
