OF WEST COYINA ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED

AND DIRECTING-THE'RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the .City. of West- Covina does: resolve
as follows.:• ..
SECTION-1 ;i The interest ..conveyed by that certain in-
strument executedaby.Willard',V. Harris and Ben.C.- Harris.; under
date- .of September!?26, 1977, granting to -'the -C.ity, of West Covina
the property or interest therein.particularly described for
sanitary -sewer and appurtenances:purposes', is hereby accepted.
Said property.is generally described as:`
A portion of Parcel l . of. -Parcel. Map No. 7199,. in
.the City of West Covina, County'of Los Angeles
State of California-, as per map recorded in Book
80, Page 58 of Parcel Maps,, on file in the officer o
of the.County Recorder.of'said County.
SECTION 2 {;..The City Clerk is.hereby authorized and
directed to execute a -certificate of acceptance in substantially .
the form prescribed by Section 27281-of the Government Code and
