A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY:COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL'`
SUBDIVISION.MAP.OF TRACT NO. 32984,
ACCEPTING AN -AGREEMENT BY'THE SUBDIVIDE_R�
- AND SURETY BONDS TO_SECURE THE SAME
WHEREAS, -there has--been-submitted to this meeting
by the owner an°d.subdivider thereof, a final subdivision .
map of Tract.-Nd. 32984' which has been approved by the
Planning.Commidsion and -by the City Engineer and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a
proposed.agreement,by the subdivider for the construction
of ce7,t4in•:improvements within or -for said subdivision;
-and
WHEREAS, :said proposed agreement is accompanied by
surety bonds for -the faithful performance of the terms and
-conditions of said_ agreement;
NOW,,"THEREFORE, the City' -Council of the City of
West Covina -does resolve as -follows z
SECTION 1.. That .the final subdivision map of
Tract,No. 32984submitted to this meeting be and the same
• is hereby. approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered b'e,
.and the same is hereby. -accepted for public use, excepting
the offer to grant.Lots 101, 102; 103, 104 and 105, subject
to any restriction to be -filed and recorded therewith; -and
that the.proper--officers of. the City of Weis>t,Covina be and
they are hereby authorized and instructed -to approve said
final map on` -behalf of the City.
SECTION. 3. That the proposed agreement by the
subdivider.in"the formsubmitted to..this meeting be
accepted.

SECTION 4. That the•Surety Bonds -Numbers 400 DR
.4400/167, 4001DR 4400/168-and`400 DR 4400/169 prese`ntedvas
security for 'the faithful -performance of the terms and con-
ditions,of sa`iid agreement with Umark Inc., as principal, and
St. Paul Fire7and•Marine Insurance Company as surety in the
total. sum. of ;!Six Hundred -Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred
Ninety and.1W100.Dollars ($661,490:00); be and the same
hereby are. accepted..
SECTION 5. That. the City Clerk shall certify to
the .ado"P tion i.of this resolution.
