A RESOVLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA.APPROVING THE FINAL
• MAP OF PARCEL MAP "NO. 8541. -
WHEREAS,'there'has been.submitted_to this meeting
by -the owner and subdivider thereof, a final map of Parcel
Map No. 8541,which has-been approved by the Planning Commission
and. by the City;'Engineer.
-NOW; THEREFORE, theCity Council of -the City of West
Covina does resolve ashfollows: '
SECTION 1. That the final map -of Parcel Map No. 8541
submitted to this meeting -be and'the same.is,hereby approved.
SECTI'ON:2: That the proper. officers of the City of
West Covina -be and -they-are hereby authorized and instructed
to approve said final map on.behalf_of the City.
SECTION 3.. That Parcel Map No. 8541.is consistent
with..the General Plan of the City of West Covina.`.
SECTION 4.7* That Parcel Map No. 8541 will -not
unreasonably i;terfere with the -.free and complete exercise of
public utility! easements.
SECTION. 5.. That the City Clerk.-shall',certify ' to
