A RESOLUTION OF THE -:.CITY COUNCIL.OF THE, CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING: AWARD OF
CONTRACT TO ED WATTS TO ABATE WEEDS AND RUBBISH
•. ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN.ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRO-
VISIONS OF TITLE 4, DIVISION 3, PART.2, CHAPTER-
13, ARTICLE•2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE. (PROPOSAL "B")
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.-OF.WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That on the basis of their low bid, Ed Watts .be awarded
the contract for weed abatement and rubbish removal in accordance
with -the, provision's and specifications of Proposal` "B"' as- outlined
in'the bid proposaj-; this work to be accomplished in accordance
with Weed District Map 1978, and completed to the -sa.tisfa.c'tion of
the Superintendent..of.Streets for the City of West Covina..
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this, 'resolution.
