13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE. (PROPOSAL "A")
THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES.
RESOLVE AS'FOLLOWS.:
That on the basis 'of -'their low bid, Ed Watts be awarded
the contract for.Weed Abatement and Rubbish Removal in accordance
with the . prov is ions and specifications of. Proposal ".A" as -outlined
in the bid pr.oposa.l; .this work.'t'o be accomplished. in .accorda.nce
with .Weed. District 'Map 1978. and completed, to -the. sa.t.isfa.ction of
the Superintendent of Streetsfor the City of West Covina.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
