• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 333281'..
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER •
AND SURETY BONDS TO SECU'AE.THE SAME;.'
WHEREAS, there has-been submitted to this meeting by
the owner and, subdivider..thereof, a, final subdivision map of
Tract No: 333218i!which has been approved by the Planning
Commission and by the City Engineer; and.
WHEREAS,.the;re has.been.submitted to thismeetinga
proposed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of
certain• improvements- within- or for said subdivision; . and

WHEREAS,,said proposed agreement.is accompanied by
surety bonds for the faithful performance of the terms•and
conditions.of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract
No. 33328 submiIt-ted to this meeting be and _the same is hereby
• approved..
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered b-
and the same ishereby accepted for public -use -subject to any
restriction to be, filed and recorded therewith; and that the
.proper officers,of the City of West Covina be and they are
hereby authorized and ins .tructed'to-approve said final map
on behalf of th'e City..
SECTION 3 That the proposed agreement by the
subdivider in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the 'Surety 'Bonds Nos. 7ST 340 650
and 7ST 340 651"presented as security for the faithful perform-
ance the terms and conditions.of said agreement with.W & A
Builders, Inc.,�;as principal and Lumbermans Mutual Casualty
Company as surety, in the total sum of One -Hundred Eighty
Three Thousand,One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($183.,150.00), be
and the.same he;.reby are accepted.
SECTION 5.- That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption.of this resolution..
