• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY. OF. WEST. COVINA APPROVING THE .FINAL . .
SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO..33327
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER
AND.,SUR.ETY BONDS TO SECURE THE ,SAME.,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting
by the owner and subdivider•'thereof, a final'subdivision map
of Tract No,. 33327 which has been approved.by the Planning
Commission and by the City Engineer; and -
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting
a proposed •agreement by "the -subdivider for .the construction
of certain imprpovements within or for said subidivion; and
WHEREAS,.said.proposed.agreement is accompanied by
surety bonds fo'r the faithful performance of the terms and
conditions..of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE; the City.Council of the City .of West
Covina does resolve as follows':
SECTION 1'. That the final s.ubd_ivision map of Tract
No. 33327 submitted to this.meeting be and.the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.: That the'dedication therein offered b`e
and the same is'!hereby accepted for.publicuse excepting the
offer to grant Lots 61, 62,' 63, 64•_ and 65 subject to any -
restriction to be filed and recorded..therewith ` and that the
pe pror officers,; of the. City of West Covina be -and they are
hereby authorized and instructed -to approve said" final map
on behalf of tl'e City.
SECTIiON.3. That the proposed agreement by the
subdivider. in the.form submitted to.this•meeting be, accepted.
SECTION 4.. That the surety bonds Nos. 7ST 340 469,
7ST 340 603,.75T 340 646, 7ST 340 647 and 7ST 34,0 649`presented
as security for, the -faithful performance.the terms and conditions
of said agreement with W & !A Builders, Inc., as principal, and
Lumbermans Mutual Casualty'Company as surety, ih,the total.'sum
of Three..Hundred.Ninety Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty and
No/100 Dollars�,('$393,530.00),'be and the same.hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5-. That the City.Clerk shall:certify to the
adoptionof thi'�s'resolution.
