RESOLUTION -NO. 5521
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE.FINAL
MAP;OF PARCEL MAP NO. 8136'
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by
• the owner and subdivider thereof, a.final map of Parcel Map No.
8136 which has been approved by the Planning Commission and by
the City Engineer.
NOW; THEREFORE, the City -Council of the City of
West. -Covina .does1resolve as follows:
SECTION-1. That the final map of..Parcel Map No.'
8136 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved:-
.SECTION 2. That the -proper offiders_of the City of
West Covina be and they. -are hereby authorized -and instructed to
approve.said.findl map on behalf of -the City.
SECTION3. That Parcel Map No. 8136:'is consistent
with the GeneralePlan.of the City of West Covina.
SECTION-4. That Parcel -.Map No. "8136 '�will not 'un- "
reasonably interfere with the free and complete'exerciseof public
utility easements.
